Compliance Safety and Accountability Program- This course will closely examine the reach of the FMCSA CSA Program. It will provide attendees the insight into the Federal Program and how it effects all Motor Carriers and Regulated Drivers.

Administrative Compliance- This course will examine the complex issues of Administrative Compliance. It will teach the required DOT files, forms, and Procedures that motor carriers are required to maintain.

New Company Start Up- This course will examine the processes of starting a new trucking company. It will cover administrative compliance and the steps and processes you must have in place before you start operating. This course is inclusive of the "Administrative Compliance" Course.

Driver Qualification- This course is designed to teach the regulations and processes used by motor carriers to qualify Federally Regulated drivers. Attendees will receive our job aids to make the Driver Qualification Process easier.

Classes of Drivers Licenses- This course will examine the differences between the different classes of Licenses. It will also distinguish the different endorsements, restrictions, and why they are important.

Maintenance and Management of Records- This course is designed to explore the regulations concerning Regulated Vehicle maintenance files.

Controlled Substance and Alcohol Testing- This course will examine the DOT regulations concerning Controlled substances and Alcohol Testing Programs. The course will also include evaluation and suggestions of third party administrators and consortiums.


We‎ offer Sixteen DOT related training courses.  These courses are built around the same Federal and State DOT training classes that are only offered to DOT Law Enforcement Officers.  Our courses are not offered by any other consultants. Roadside Compliance- Course examines practical procedures CDL drivers and Motor Carriers can do to yield the best results from a random roadside inspection.

Roadside Inspection Survival- Course discusses issues that motor carriers and drivers are faced with when being stopped for routine DOT roadside inspection.

Roadside Inspection Procedures- This course is designed to explain the Hours of Service record keeping requirements.

Record of Duty Status- This course is designed to explain the Hours of Service record keeping requirements.

Basic Hazardous Materials- This course will be a brief overview of Hazardous Material Regulations, policies, and procedures. This course is recommended for any basic level Hazmat learner.

Advanced Hazardous Materials- ​This course is an advanced Hazardous Materials class designed for all Hazardous Materials Professionals. This five day course will equip you with the tools and skills needed to be a marketable hazardous materials professional.

Load Securement- This course will explore the North American Cargo Securement Standards as set forth in the Federal Regulations. It will examine the regulations and procedures that should be followed when securing various types of cargo.

Weight and Bridge Law & Over-Weight Permits- This course will examine the regulations concerning Texas Weight Law, Bridge Law, and Over Dimensional Permits. In addition, it will examine the numerous cargo specific permits. The use of TX PROS will also be taught.

Over Length, Width, and Height Permits- This course will examine Texas Length, width, and height laws. it will also examine permitting movements that are over allowed dimensions. The course will overview the variety of permits that are available and how to obtain the proper permits.

Registration Law- This course will examine the Texas Registration Laws.
